Due to the perishable nature of our frozen treats, we cannot accept physical returns of ice cream; however, if your order arrives melted or damaged, we are committed to making it right with a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Check your package immediately upon arrival to ensure all items are present and the dry ice has maintained the proper temperature.

If there are any quality concerns or shipping damages, please take clear photos of the product and the packaging.

Email our team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos of the affected items.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim and issue a full refund or ship a replacement order at no additional cost to you.
